Merchant Acquisition Specialist (Female Only)

Paylabs is committed to building payment infrastructure that supports the growth of Indonesia’s digital economy. To this end, we are looking for a Merchant Acquisition Specialist (Female) who is ready to join and contribute to the development of the digital payment ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing merchants, particularly in the government and large corporate sectors.
• Build long-term partnerships, ensure smooth collaboration, and leverage upselling opportunities.
• Handle relationships with key decision-makers in government institutions and large corporations.
• Design and implement strategies to expand the payment ecosystem through new partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in merchant acquisition, business development, or partnerships (preferably in the payment gateway, e-wallet, or payment service provider industries).
• Experience in hunting or farming activities, managing large accounts, particularly from the government sector.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
• Willingness to travel for business when necessary.
• Willing to work full-time from the office (WFO) in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta (but will relocate to Sudirman, Central Jakarta).
