We explain these Terms and Conditions to you regarding how PAYLABS collects, uses, discloses, transmits, stores, and protects your information as a Merchant.
1. Collection and Use of Personal Information Data
We collect information that can be used to identify, contact, or locate an individual, business entity, and/or device associated with such information (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Information”).
a) Merchant Information Data
We collect information when the Merchant registers their business via the website https://paylabs.co.id or through our Sales and Marketing Team to use the PAYLABS Payment Gateway service.
The data collection process begins at the initial registration stage (Business Name, Address, Email, and Website Domain). Afterward, the Merchant will be asked to complete a Merchant Application Form containing additional information such as business legality, type of business activity, business representative, and other relevant data.
The Merchant Information Data to be collected includes but is not limited to:
- General information: merchant name, office address, e-mail address, and phone number.
- Business activity information: registered business or company name, identity card (KTP or KITAS) of the Board of Directors or owner, business legality documents (Deed of Establishment, Approval Letter from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, NIB, Location Permit, etc.), type of business, website, business license, tax ID (NPWP), and bank account details if required.
- Information on internet transactions of the Merchant, such as transaction amounts made on the PAYLABS system after integration.
b) Customer Information Data
We collect Customer Personal Information when a Customer registers or uses our services related to the purchase of goods and/or services sold or offered by the Merchant.
- Information related to the order or purchase of goods/services according to payment specifications.
- Card type, cardholder name, card number, expiration date, and service code of the card used for payment.
- Type of electronic money, electronic money user name, and user’s phone number.
- Information related to customer internet transactions: billing address, shipping address, phone number, e-mail, and customer IP address.
c) Cardholder Information Data
When a cardholder purchases goods or services offered on the Merchant’s website, the cardholder will enter information such as card type, cardholder name, card number, card expiration date, and card security code.
2. Purposes for the Use of Personal Information Data
- To communicate and send information related to transactions conducted using our Services.
- To identify Customers and to administer and/or verify your account.
- To carry out validation and verification processes before completing internet transactions.
- For internet transaction monitoring using fraud prevention techniques.
- To improve the quality of our Services.
- To comply with applicable laws and regulations, including audit, due diligence, compliance, and investigation processes.
- To provide security and protection for Customers against fraudulent activities.
3. Disclosure of Personal Information Data
We may disclose or share your Personal Information with our affiliates and third parties for purposes permitted by applicable laws and regulations:
- If you are a Customer, to enable us to provide services to the Merchant or to enable the Merchant to provide services to you.
- If you are a Merchant, to enable Customers to receive services from you.
- In connection with verification processes that we deem necessary before registering you as a Merchant.
- If required by laws or regulations, including responding to inquiries from authorities or fulfilling legal reporting obligations.
- In the event of any legal proceedings between you and us, or between you and another party, related to the Services.
- In connection with mergers, sales of assets, restructuring, financing, or acquisitions of all or part of our business.
- To third parties (agents, vendors, suppliers, contractors, partners) providing services to us or you.
- To our affiliates assisting in providing Services, business operations, or data processing on our behalf.
4. Access and Update of Personal Information
- You may request access, correction, or updates to your Personal Information by contacting us via the contact information listed on this website.
- We reserve the right to refuse correction requests, wholly or partly, if not relevant or restricted by law. We may also delete Personal Information at our discretion.
5. Security and Protection of Personal Information
The confidentiality of your Personal Information is of utmost importance to us. We continuously make every reasonable effort to protect all Personal Information collected from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, as well as from unlawful processing, loss, or damage.

6. Storage Location of Personal Information
- Your Personal Information may be stored, transferred, or processed by third-party service providers legally associated with us, ensuring a comparable level of protection.
- Your Personal Information may also be stored or processed outside your country by parties working for us, ensuring protection consistent with applicable laws.
7. Acknowledgment and Consent
- By accessing the PAYLABS website, registering, and using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
- If you provide us with another individual’s Personal Information, you represent that you have obtained that person’s consent for us to collect, use, and process it.
- You may withdraw your consent for the collection or use of your Personal Information by written notice. However, this may result in termination of your account or service access.
