Merchants may contact Paylabs Merchant Support through the available channels, such as WhatsApp Group or email, and provide the following transaction details:
1. Merchant Order ID
2. RRN / VA Number / Transaction Reference Number
3. Proof of successful payment for the disputed transaction
4. Transaction amount and date

1. Access the “Pay In List” menu to download the Pay In Transaction Report.
2. Access the “Pay Out List” menu to download the Pay Out Transaction Report.
Merchants may apply a transaction date filter to simplify the report download process.

You can integrate your payment system with Paylabs through various options, including APIs, plug-ins, and payment links, all designed to ensure easy and flexible integration with your business system.

A chargeback is a process where a customer (end user) requests the Bank to cancel a transaction and return the funds. This usually happens when the customer experiences an issue, such as the transaction being successful but the goods or services from the merchant are not received.

Merchants may submit the pay-in transaction details requiring a refund through Merchant Support. After that, Paylabs will then conduct further verification and initiate the refund process with the Acquirer/Bank.
